These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of aviationtechnologyinsurance.com (the “Site”), which is operated by Aviation Technology Insurance Services, Inc., a Delaware corporation licensed to broker insurance in the State of California (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or submitting any information through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer of insurance, an offer to enter into a contract, a quote, or a guarantee of coverage, premium, or policy terms. Statements about coverage are general descriptions and do not amend, modify, supplement, or alter any insurance policy in any way. Coverage is always subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, and limits of the actual policy issued by the insurance carrier and to underwriting acceptance by that carrier.
Information on the Site is not a substitute for advice from a licensed insurance professional, attorney, accountant, or financial advisor. Aviation insurance is fact-specific, and the right coverage depends on a complete review of the operation, the pilot(s), the aircraft, and the applicable risks. Any quotation, indication, or estimated premium discussed on the Site, generated by our quote form, or communicated by our staff is indicative only. Final premium, coverage, terms, and conditions are determined solely by the issuing carrier based on its review of the complete application and underwriting information. A quote is not a binder; coverage does not exist until a binder or policy is issued in writing by the carrier and the required premium has been received.
Aviation Technology Insurance Services, Inc. is licensed to transact insurance in the State of California. We may also place coverage in other states through licensed carriers and surplus-lines brokers as permitted by applicable law. We do not solicit or transact insurance in any state, country, or jurisdiction in which we are not authorized to do so. Please contact our office to confirm whether we can assist with your coverage in your jurisdiction.
When you submit a quote request, contact form, newsletter signup, or other communication through the Site, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and submitted by you (or on behalf of someone who has authorized you to do so). You agree that we and the carriers and underwriters who quote your risk may rely on the information you submit. Material misstatement, omission, or concealment of information may void coverage, allow rescission, or result in a denied claim.
Submitting information through the Site does not by itself create a broker-of-record relationship, an agency relationship, or any obligation on our part to bind, place, renew, or service any policy. Such relationships are formed only by separate written agreement and/or appropriate broker-of-record documentation.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, design, and the underlying source code — is owned by or licensed to Aviation Technology Insurance Services, Inc. and is protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view, download, and print pages of the Site solely for your personal, non-commercial reference in connection with seeking aviation insurance. All other rights are reserved.
The Site contains links to third-party websites, including the payment portals of insurance carriers. Those sites are operated by third parties over whom we have no control, and they are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We provide such links solely for your convenience and do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the accuracy, security, or availability of any third-party site. Your interactions with any third party are solely between you and that third party.
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ON IT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, secure, or available at any particular time, or that any defect will be corrected. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all such warranties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Aviation Technology Insurance Services, Inc. nor any of its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, or licensors will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Site or any content on it — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total cumulative liability arising out of or related to your use of the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). This limitation does not affect the rights and obligations of any party under an actual insurance policy issued by a carrier.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aviation Technology Insurance Services, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Site, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) any information you submit through the Site that is inaccurate, false, fraudulent, or otherwise wrongful.
Your submission of personal information through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect personal information.
These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to them or to the Site are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any action that is not subject to mandatory arbitration shall lie in the state or federal courts located in Marin County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after a revision becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a revision, please discontinue use of the Site.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving the parties’ intent. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any separate written agreements between you and us, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
